Because good food is supposed to be easy. Whilst I may jest, getting out with a pram and hitting the cafes is a great way to break the isolation that can come with new motherhood. It normally includes a walk, a chat with some grown ups, and a general feeling of being part of society. Smile a lot amazing how a few bumped lattes and ran-over feet are forgiven with a big smile.
